What is PractitionerPro?
PractitionerPro is practice-growth infrastructure for natural health practitioners, with a special affinity for Australian and New Zealand practitioners. We also work worldwide, drawing on deep knowledge of the natural healthcare market and a network of natural health professionals around the globe. It starts with a website built to be found by Google and AI search, then connects the pieces of your client journey so fewer people leak away before they book.
Will it get me to number one on Google?
No one can guarantee a ranking, and we don't. What we build is a website with server-rendered pages, structured data and clear local signals, written in your clients' words, so Google and AI assistants can find and understand your practice. We describe what is built, not guaranteed results.
How does the Practice DNA Preview work?
You answer a few questions about your modality, who you help most, your philosophy and how you work. A server function turns those answers into a live preview on the template you choose, written the way your ideal clients ask AI assistants. It takes under a minute.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You can build it yourself with our templates and guided prompts, build it with us, or have us build it for you. The Practice Check-Up is a free 30-minute session where we look at where your client journey is leaking and what to do about it.
Is this for my modality?
PractitionerPro is built for naturopaths, nutritionists, herbalists, acupuncturists, massage therapists, kinesiologists, homeopaths and chiropractors. The templates re-skin for each modality, so one template becomes unique to your practice.
What about my Google Business Profile?
With our guidance, your Google Business Profile categories, services and website tell one aligned story, in your clients' words. The website and the profile say the same thing, so Google and AI search understand your practice the same way your clients do.
What is the seven-stage client journey?
It is the path every new client walks, from the moment someone first finds you to the moment they book. The seven stages are be found, be understood, build trust, capture interest, follow up, enquiry and booking. Most practices leak at one or more of them, and that is what PractitionerPro finds and fixes.
How do I know where my practice leaks?
Run the Leak Finder. It asks seven honest questions, one per stage, and shows your two or three leakiest stages with a plain-language explanation of the leak and what fixes it. No score or percentage.
What does the platform include?
Everything a practice needs in one place: website and blog, online booking and reminders, forms, email and SMS follow-up, review requests, a conversations inbox, courses and memberships, and simple reporting. You stop juggling separate tools.
